Traveling in a van without any of the amenities (like electricity, water, heat) can be challenging. Last year when I traveled the southern US, I didn’t cook at all. I ate boatloads of chickpea salad sandwiches (see my post about that here), hummus on everything, pb & j’s, salads, and granola bars. It wasn’t awful. Some may find it strenuous or even prohibitive, however, I loved the experience. It was a test of my survival skills. This time, though, I’ve upgraded my travel style. I’m traveling the luxurious life now with the Hot Logic.
I have hot cooked meals all the time. Life is grand!
