5 ingredients tossed in a blender, pureed, poured into popsicle molds and that’s it. The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze! Summer just got a whole lot better with this fudgesicle recipe!
A perfect summer indulgence, these popsicles are rich, fudgy, and delicious. Besides tasting awesome, the best thing about them in my eyes is that they won’t put you in a sugar coma. Those store bought fudgesicles are 90% sugar, I swear, with a dash of cocoa flavor. I used to love them as a kid. Not anymore, though.
Now, I crave big, strong, flavors with just enough sweetness to tie it all together. There isn’t any refined sugar in these. I kept with the New England-er in me and sweetened them with a bit of maple syrup. I encourage you to make these and do a taste test of your own. Have a store-bought fudgesicle side by side with this one and taste the difference.
